For Startup :

• A DPIIT-recognized startup that was incorporated no more than two years prior to application.
• The startup needs a business idea that is market-fit, commercializable, and scalable.
• Technology should be integrated into the startup's main offering, business plan, or approach.
• Startups focusing on sectors like sustainability, health, finance, education, and technology are preferred.
• No more than 10 lakhs in funding from other Central or State Government programs.
• At least 51% ownership by Indian promoters at the time of application to the incubator.
• A startup can receive seed funding only once, in the form of a grant, debt, or convertible bonds.

For Incubator :

• It must be operational for at least two years at the time of application.
• It must be operational for at least two years at the time of application.
• At least five startups must be physically incubating at the time of application.
• Full-time CEO with entrepreneurial experience and competent team.
• The incubator should not be using funding from any private third party to offer seed money.
• The incubator must have support from the Central or State Government.
